House Rules

Only a few rules, you are on holiday afterall, but a few pointers to follow to keep everyone happy:

You are responsible for the supervision of all members of your party including those under the age of 18 at all times.
Please respect the local community and keep the noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted inside the Property.
No additional visitors are allowed to stay at the Property. If you wish to invite additional visitors during your stay, please contact us.
Where animals are permitted, you must not leave them unattended in the Property. Please do not allow them on the furniture or beds unless you have brought your own throws/blankets/coverings. Stairgates are available.
Fire risks including candles, firepits, fireworks, lanterns are not permitted at the Property.
Drones and unmanned vehicles are not to be used on or from our site without permission.
You are not permitted to use domestic power sockets to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle, including electric bikes and scooters. There is a dedicated EV charger on site for cars.
Please lock the property when out.
